Hi I'm Deborah, a small business owner who enjoys new experiences, independance and spontaneity.

So, let me tell you about myself. I'm a small business owner with 45 years in educating people. My area of passion are horses, and the RTO world of Training and Assessing. But I love to produce products to sell. I'm also pretty handy at Equine Event Management.

Hailing from a Bulleen Victoria, Australia, I've always had a passion for creating futures for people by educating them in all things to do with obtaining the Cert IV TAE40122 Training and Assessment. I have decades of expereince as a qualified Riding instructor and delivering accredited training courses about horses.

I have a background in Equine Performance Horse Management and RTO management. I've also played with printing and graphic design, hospitality, event management, lecturer for numerous TAFE's and of course had my own competition horses for decades. Over my career I've seamlessly been able to blend my recreational interests with my work interests..

In my circle I'm known for my innovative and friendly approach and attention to detail. I've also worked on numerous successful educational projects for the equine industry, including technical books, educational training packages, and compliance.

Whether I'm riding my own horses, tutoring a TAE student or assisting asomeone who is new to horses my dedication and creativity has never failed to impress my clients and colleagues alike.

With a knack for turning ideas into reality, there's no doubt that I'm paving the way for the continue to create futures for others.
